Tebogo Masehla aka Masetlha (Founder & Chairperson)

 Welcome to Masetlha Interfoundation
It is a great honour to welcome you to our dedicated organisation, committed to empowering underprivileged women, young girls, and communities.
Our mission is to uplift lives through education, skills development, healthcare, and livelihood programs while fostering sustainable change. As a newly
established organisation, we are determined to
make a meaningful impact.
Our goal is to provide destitute homes for orphans and abused individuals, ensure access to food supplies, sanitary pads for schools, school shoes, and enhance sports facilities to support holistic growth.
I welcome you to join us in this journey of transformation, and I look forward to your continued support and contribution to this noble cause.
Together, we can create meaningful change and a brighter future for all.

                                                                         Naledi Mathibeng (Deputy chairperson)

To the Youth of South Africa
We are the pulse of a nation that refuses to be defined by struggle. In our hands, we hold the power to rebuild, to uplift, and to lead with courage. We are not just dreamers, we are doers, shaping a future where opportunity is not reserved for a few but shared by all.
Every challenge we face is a call to rise. Whether it’s fighting hunger, standing for dignity, or equipping ourselves with the skills to break cycles of poverty, we
are not waiting for change, we are creating it. Our strength is in our unity, our resilience, and our belief in something greater than ourselves.
Let’s stand together, unwavering in our
purpose. Let’s build, let’s inspire, and let’s lead, because the future does not belong to someone else. It belongs to us.

                                                                      Akanyang Mathibeng (Chief operating officer)

I have found that among other benefits, giving liberates the soul of the giver. I look to bring about change in parts of the community.
Giving does not only precede receiving, it is the reason for it. It is in giving that we receive. The greatest gift of helping
others not just by the thrill of taking but by the thrill of giving which lasts a lifetime.
We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give. You give but little when you give of your possessions.
It is when you give of yourself that you truly give.
To all parts of the organisation I stand firmly with the generation of tomorrow for a strong woman stands up for herself,
but a stronger woman stands up for everybody else.

                                                                        Reitumetse Mathibeng (Chief financial officer)

Gender-based violence (GBV) in South Africa is more than just a crisis, it is a deep wound that affects every corner of society, disproportionately harming
women and girls.
It is ingrained in institutions, cultures, and traditions, reinforced by harmful norms and unchecked systems. Despite laws designed to protect victims, many
survivors remain unheard, unseen, and unprotected.
This reality demands collective action, unyielding advocacy, and a fundamental shift in the way we speak, think, and engage with one another. Words matter.
They shape perceptions, influence behavior, and either uphold or dismantle systems of oppression.
Interrupting sexist and discriminatory language is not just about speech, it is about changing mindsets, dismantling harmful beliefs, and creating a world
where respect and equality are non negotiable. Activism, education, and policy reform must work in tandem to eradicate GBV, and every voice has the
power to challenge violence and demand justice.
Change begins with awareness, but it is sustained by unwavering commitment.
The fight for a safer, society is not optional, it is necessary, urgent, and overdue. It is time to stand, speak, and act.
